What areas do you build in?

We will build anywhere in Northland, from Mangawhai to Waipu through to Whangarei and up the coast to Tutukaka, Whananaki to Russell and the Bay of Islands. We also build in the Kaipara District on any kind of site – coastal, farmland or urban.

What do your home and land packages include?

Just let us know what you require and we’ll tailor a package to suit you. Our Home & Land packages include everything you need to make your home liveable, just turn the key and enjoy. We’ll even do the landscaping if you wish.

Do you offer a clear price contract on your design and build packages?

Absolutely! We provide detailed specifications so you will know exactly what you are getting with your design and build. Our quote is for the entire project unless you choose to make changes during the construction process. If you do, we will let you know any additional costs before we continue. There will be no surprises with the final cost.

What Guarantees do you offer for your New Homes?

We offer the Homeworld Guarantee of 10 years on all workmanship to every client and also offer the Halo Residential Guarantee. You can be secure in the knowledge that we are Licenced Building Practitioners. Your new investment is safe and will be completed to the highest industry standards specified.

How long will my new home build take?

Once plans and consents are finalised we will provide you a realistic handover date based on the size and complexity of your new home. We won’t promise anything we cannot meet, so we are very accurate with our time frames.
