No, we have been locally owned and operated by the same directors for nearly 40 years. This means that you are dealing with local people, who provide home designs to suit local conditions, not off-the-plan homes that are designed for very different parts of the country. We also stand by our name, and we guarantee that you will be totally happy with your new home.
Absolutely! The price we provide you is the price you will pay. We provide very detailed specifications as well,so you will know exactly what you are getting with your design and build. Our quote is for the entire project, with no hidden extras, unless you choose to make changes to the plan or products used during the construction process. Even with changes you make we will tell you exactly what it will cost before we start. There will be no surprises with the final cost.
Of course. We can work with your architect and build a home to their design. We can often provide useful suggestions to help improve the design using our wealth of experience from building in Northland. Your plan will also go before our quantity surveyor and construction manager during the costing process who have years of experience and will always critique the plans looking for improvements and better ways of doing things – ultimately to give you the best price and best quality new home.
Once consents are finalised we will be able to give you a realistic handover date. We won’t promise dates that we cannot meet, so we are very accurate with our timings, unless circumstances beyond our control prevent this such as extreme weather or unavailability of certain materials.
We have a long standing and trusted relationship with a number of quality subcontractors, who work with our building team very efficiently. They are as committed and dedicated to building a quality home as we are.
Our homes are designed to maximise the natural warmth from the sun, while maintaining a cool temperature in summer. We use the latest proven products and technology such as insulation, glazing and low energy consumption appliances. Just let us know what you would like to incorporate into your design, and we will provide the products that meet your requirements.

Yes, we have a Display Village with a showhome and a product display room on site at 401 Western Hills Drive, Whangarei, and we are open six days a week. We also have many plans and photographs of homes that you can browse through and discuss with one of our home consultants.
